Keyboardist/vocalist Larry Finke was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Larry grew up in a musical family learning to improvise and play piano from the age of 5. At the age of 16, he began playing professionally in several Pittsburgh area bands & traveled with THE Q-City Band as well as the dance/show band Top Priority throughout the Midwest and Eastern U.S.

Larry, a resident of Upstate NY for over 20 years, has worked with many local bands such as Backdraft, Capri, Loose Cannon, Cryin’ Out Loud, The Refrigerators and City Rhythm. In addition to performing as a keyboardist and vocalist in the Body & Soul Band, he is the leader of the Weekend Explorers Trio and enjoys playing & singing as a solo act.

Larry is available as a solo keyboardist for wedding ceremonies, cocktail hours, restaurants & nightclubs. The Weekend Explorers Trio is available for weddings, parties, nightclubs and corporate events.
