Valerie Medeiros has graced the stage with her sultry vocals throughout the Capital District and New England, bringing fresh new interpretations of classic American music- Jazz,Gospel, and Blues. Don Wilcock, NE Blues Society President and recipient of the 2008 "Keeping the Blues Alive in Print Journalism" Award from the National Blues Foundation, has named her Siren Sister of the Blues- Valerie has been sharing the stage with Richard Johnston, The Nighthawks, Tas Cru, Alexis P. Suter and Danny Kalb, founding member of the 1960's group, Blues Project. Recent Venues-Revolution Hall, Cafe Lena, The Blues Express. Available as vocalist standards/jazz ensemble. |
